I'm making this gofundme for my uncle. His name is Manuel Leyva, back in 2021 he was diagnosed with a kidney malfunction known as horseshoe kidney (C3 Nephropathy). Which led to having to get dialysis on a basis, not allowing him to work. He is currently being supported by his wife. And was recently notified that he is eligible for a transplant but for that he needs a medical insurance that has a deductible of $5000. Which can not be paid by his wife since she covers the daily living expenses. I'm asking for your help towards my uncle so we can have him get his kidney transplant.
