While having  a major financial setback complicated by psychological and medical problems I experienced a  substantial car problem which would cost more to repair than the car is worth.  Not having reliable transportation has put me in quite a sticky situation.  I have had to rely on  an unreliable transit system, the VA's unreliable shuttle system  and the kindness of friends to make doctor's appointments, therapy sessions, prescription pick-up, etc. 
    Recently a good friend lent me the temporary use of a car that he wants to sell for $1,875.  The car is in good shape and runs like a top, mechanically.  My friend wants the car back no later than  December 1, 2020 or for me to buy it.
    As I stated before, having reliable transportation will mean the world to me.  I will have the means to meet my appointments, therapy sessions and other necessities like grocery shopping.  
    I will be truly grateful for any financial help that my friends, family and colleagues are able to give for me to meet the needed financial goal.
