Hello, my name is Samantha and this is my best friend Stitch.

Unfortunately, Stitch got into some of my roommate's things and started not feeling well yesterday. He was vomiting frequently, not eating, and not his lively and playful self. I rushed him to the Pet Hospital and it was suggested that he may have a blockage somewhere. We had X-rays done and unfortunately, it shows that he has intestinal blockage and will require a Barium Study and exploratory surgery. This comes with bloodwork to ensure that he is healthy enough to undergo surgery and ensure that there are no other indicators of anything worse. With all of that, it gets really costly and unfortunately I do not have the funds to cover this at this time.

I have had a dream of owning a Corgi since I was a little girl and in 2017, that dream became a reality with Stitch. I have had him since he was a pup and he is everything to me. He is full of personality, loves to play and has quite the attitude. He's adorable, loveable, and just the best dog that I could ever ask for. He is such a great dog that he has also sparked a love for Corgis with my son as well. They are best friends and do just about everything possible together.

My heart is breaking because today is his 4th Birthday and he will be spending in the Hospital and due to COVID, they do not allow people inside at this time.

I would never thought that I would ever have to ask for help and I am not one to ask, I usually try to be the one helping. But I'm desperate. I need help. Financially right now, I am trying to overcome court fees from Custody and on top of the surge of costs of living in California.
