It all started with a headache…Never in a thousand years would we think that we would end up where we are at today.

Jr is the most sweetest & lovable 5 year old boy. Other than his asthma, he has always been such a healthy and happy kid. A few weeks ago, he started complaining of a headache. At first, we thought that maybe it was a change in his schedule and transitioning from a daycare program to an elementary school, but unfortunately that was not the case. On Tuesday, 10/10/23, Mom took him to the emergency room and after 6 hours, the news that no parent ever wants to hear; their 5 year old had a tumor near the cerebellum.

On Wednesday, 10/11/23 Jr underwent brain surgery. We were truly blessed that the surgeon was able to remove about 98% of the tumor. However, due to the tumor being an aggressive tumor, additional therapy like radiation will be needed.

Jr currently remains stable and is recovering in the ICU. Jr & family will be transferred to Radys Hospital in San Diego in the next couple of weeks to continue his therapy there. He will need 6 weeks of radiation. Radys is known for their Proton therapy which is best for the type of radiation that he will need.

Due to Jr needing radiation 5 days a week and having to stay in San Diego for the duration of the 6 weeks, it will be impossible for Tasha and Tavo to work at this time if you are able to donate anything at all any little bit helps thank you all so much.
