Help me get a 2nd liver transplant

My name is Rajni, I am 29 years old. I had my first transplant at 13. I am now in need of a transplant again for my liver. I will be detailing my illness heavily. And attaching documents and screenshots for more information on my health. I had a Kasai at 3 weeks to hold me for a few months.
