Cody D. Gallagher (known as “Bear” to close friends and family), was cruelly taken from this world last night on January 3rd, 2024. Three males came into the home he shared with his mother, held her at gunpoint and shot him 3 times. As they fled, she tried helping him as he layed dying on the floor of their living room. This is truly a parent’s worst nightmare.

Cody was born on March 14th, 2003. During his short life, he survived multiple open heart surgeries and countless other medical procedures due to congenital heart defects.

Cody’s father died last year and his only surviving parent is disabled and on home oxygen. They struggled to make ends meet and she did not have a life insurance policy for him.

We are asking for help paying the expenses for his cremation. His mother will also have to clean her home and relocate. Any donation, no matter how small, would make such a difference during this horrendous time.
