Hi, my name is Nikki Nichols, I'm 14 Years old, and I'm fundraising for my mother, Kassie Carpenter, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Renal cell carcinoma kidney cancer. My mother has been out of work since July 29th due to her Red blood cells being so low, which is causing her to feel very tired and weak. She has been getting Iron infusions and a shot of B-12, which is costly. Her Hemoglobin is only at 7.4, which should be between 13.2 and 16.2. Her Pet Scan showed that the cancer is stationary, and her brain MRI shows no sign of tumors.

My mother is scheduled for surgery on September 6th, which will take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours to perform. They will remove her left kidney and cancer. She will be admitted to the hospital 3 to 5 days after her surgery. She's a single mother with two children and works hard to provide for us both; she is a sweet and caring person and loves everyone around her, and there's nothing she wouldn't do for the people she loves. She doesn't have much money coming in, making it extremely hard to provide for us; However, she makes it through. Finding out that she has cancer has made it very hard for everyone; we know the medical bills will be expensive. We won't be able to afford all the payments, so I've created this fundraiser to help out the one person I love and care about most.
