This is a fund-raising page to help my friend Fiona Gaines raise much needed funds for her son Daniel's special car seat. This is a little bit about Daniel in Fiona's own words - Daniel was born 2010 and diagnosed with hydrocephalus straight away and needed brain surgery at about 2mths old to have a shunt fitted. He is now onto his 4th shunt due to infections. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy,severe visual impairment and epilepsy as well as developmental delay shortly afterwards all due to the brain damage caused by the hydro. He can't sit up by himself or support himself for more than a minute and is totally dependent on me (Fiona). He uses a standing frame etc at school and needs daily Physio.the car seat would give him support and help his posture which a regular car seat would not.
