If you didn't know already, the Meadowcroft family is starting a sausage company, The Local Sausage! We are in the very beginning stages of creating our products, and you can be a part of our growth.
At the last minute, we were offered a booth at the the Oak Park Micro-Brew Review, the second largest held in the United States! With this being a Last Minute invitation, we have less than two weeks to reach this goal.
The exposure and profit at this event will be an incredible push forward for new our business, and will be another necessary stepping stone to grow our small business, as well as the small business community that is so important to our city!
We need only a few small things, as our money is currently tied up in products and equipment. We need to pay the entrance fee and make just a bit more sausage. We'd hate to see someone miss out on our delicious chorizo, bourbon links and so much more!
