Fighting Together

Brian Smith has been a member of the Orlando community for the past twenty years.  Many people may remember seeing him in his early years as a bouncer at Visage, Barbarella, and The Indepedent Bar.  You might see his work as a carpenter in communities such as Windsong.  He built his carpentry business and became known for his quality work and craftsmanship.  In his free time Brian stayed active playing soccer, rugby and ultimate. He kicked off the millenium by meeting the love of his life, Sueli, and they have a gorgeous 9 year old daughter Brisa.  

As a member of the Orlando community, Brian has always given generously of his time.  He has opened his home to many people in need of a place to stay. He reaches out to his network and helps people who need a job get a start. In his neighborhood, he is known for lending a helping hand by devoting time to mowing the lawns of his elderly neighbors or lending his skills as a handy  man.

Now it is our turn to give back to Brian and his family as they face a great personal challenge. Brian has been stricken with tongue cancer and his family is in need of financial assistance with this hardship.  Any donation will help, but we are hoping to reach our goal of $12,000 to help out with medical and other bills. This money offer would vanquish their fiscal worries for the next three months.
