On Tuesday 9/15/2020, Vie received a medication that turned out to be life-threatening to him. The critically necessary treatment of Vie was started immediately and the costs have mounted already into thousands of dollars and are expected to rise significantly in his recovery.
The funds received will go toward this urgent life-saving medical treatment for Vie at Chicago Equine Medical Center and any required on-going medical/physical rehab care when he can be released from the clinic.
Any funds remaining will be paid forward to another critically ill animal companion.
