C. Miguel with medical bills after heart surgery.

Hi, my name is Cesar, and my father C. Miguel recently had open heart surgery. The funds would go to the multiple medical bills and rehabilitation services that we, unfortunately, cannot pay. We are very grateful that the surgery was a success and my father is currently on the road to full recovery. As many would know, my father is a kind, hard-working soul who does so much not only for his family but others around him. Having gone through the surgery, his outlook on life has changed drastically and he is working hard to get back to feeling like himself and to help others understand the importance of taking care of yourself. We appreciate any help given by the thoughtful folks who can help out. If you can share this with friends and family, that would be greatly appreciated as well.
