​I am heartbroken to share that my best friend of over 20 years, Amanda Dilts, passed away at 31 years of age on October 23, 2025 in St. Catharines after a courageous battle with cancer for the second time. Amanda has lived her entire life here in the Niagara Region and had chosen to raise her children here among friends and family.

​Amanda was an ECE and loved children, she cared deeply for others and would always take care of everyone around her. Amanda was a true warrior. In a final act of selfless love, she delivered her fourth child prematurely at 32 weeks so that she could start her fight against the disease. Sadly, she passed away, leaving behind her devoted husband, Curtis Dilts, of 7 years and a large, loving blended family: four young children and two stepchildren.

​Amanda's heart and joy were completely dedicated to her family and friends. Her passing has left an unimaginable void and a sudden, overwhelming financial burden on her husband and parents as they grieve and learn to raise the children without Amanda.

​This fund is to provide immediate, crucial support to her family to ensure they have the stability and care Amanda always wanted for them.
