Missing My Life!
Dear Community,
Can you help me out? My name is Brenda Zoran and I have lived in the foothill area of Los Angeles for the past 30 years, after growing up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I’m a very independent and hard working woman, but now have been thrown a curve ball this past year. I have a very rare disease called Paraganglioma. It has given me hearing loss and several other conditions like anxiety, adrenaline fatigue, rise In blood sugar, and it can spread to the bones. I have more medical testing to be done following discoveries from my surgery. ONE PERSON IN A MILLION GETS THIS, so, not much research has been done!
I used to love to exercise, go to cardio-boxing classes, yoga , and run with my dog in the hills and go dancing, before I got sick. Now I can only go on short walks and spend many long days at City of Hope hospital. I’m grateful to be alive, and have very supportive family & friends. I take one day at a time. I was a hairdresser, by trade. I’m asking for help to pay my medical bills and living expenses. I can no longer work and am unable to get any support from the government.
Your support is greatly appreciated – EVEN $10 means a lot. Thanks very much!
