At the age of 29, just one year after becoming a mother to our boy Roland, my wife Brittany was diagnosed with brain cancer.  Fortunately for us she is a very strong person, and has come through her surgery beautifully.  However she still has a tough road ahead with her recovery and further treatments, and to complicate matters, we have been left financially devistated by this tragedy.  I am the sole provider for my family, and my income has been just enough to get us by these past few years.  In an unfortunate turn of luck, just before our son was born, my employer chose to change our health coverage to a high deductible PPO plan.  We have been overwhelmed by the influx of financial responsibility coupled with the fact that I must take family leave in order to care for both Brittany and our son during her recovery.  Our goal is to hopefully relieve the burden of the medical bills that we can't cover, so that Brittany can focus on healing.  She is too young to be a victim, and far too kind and beautiful a person to deserve this luck.  It has been my deepest hope to restore our lives as soon as possible, and allow Brittany to return healthfully to one of her greatest talents: being a mommy.  Thank you for taking the time to consider her, and thank you for keeping her in your thoughts.  We are so greatful and lucky to have the support of people who understand, and truly care.
