Lisa's Wish

Lisa Cabrera is a daughter, a sister, a friend, and most importantly, a mother. It’s very important for her to know that her children will be okay after she’s gone. This GoFundMe campaign has been created to help provide some peace of mind for Lisa, and financial assistance for Lisa’s parents, Joe and Ana Cabrera, to help them support Lisa’s children in the coming years.

Message From Lisa:

“I’ve been given the opportunity to fulfill some of my last requests before I am called home. I fought hard to stay here, but God has other plans. I am at peace and ready to go into Hospice.

My parents Joe and Ana Cabrera are absolutely the most amazing, selfless, helpful, loving, forgiving, encouraging, and strongest people I know. I am leaving them with the biggest responsibility I could. They are starting over raising my kids, Donovan 15, Dimitri 13, and Mia 10. And I would not have it any other way. But as we all know, it takes many people to love and support our children. I am grateful for all the coaches, teachers, and counselors that have looked over my kids. I pray that their futures are bright and all the dreams they have come true! With that is a lot of financial responsibility that I never planned on leaving them. My parents would never ask for help, but if this is one way I can reach out to my family and friends on my behalf to help them, I will.

I am humbly asking for your support. Please consider making a donation of any amount to help contribute to the costs and care of my three children, and please continue the prayers for my parents and kids as they navigate this world a lot differently.
