U.S Soldier's Dad Going Blind,Help!

Dear Friends around the world, I need your help saving my Dad’s eyesight, he is going blind, can only see with one blurry eye now during the day, but cannot see anything at night at all, his name is John Geu Deng and he lives in a displaced refugee camp in the border of South Sudan and Uganda.
I am a Soldier in the United States Army, my name is Daniel Leek Geu; I have an income that is stretched very thin. I am not able to help rescue my Dad’s eyesight alone as well as treating his other illnesses.
I am ashamed to beg, but my Dad’s situation is very humbling, and I need all the help I can receive from all kindhearted people around the world to save my Dad’s eyesight, and possibly his whole well being.
My Dad has never seen an eye doctor or a dentist in his entire life, he is in early 60s (age not known), and has been through so much suffering, has survived 2 civil wars. My Dad has already lost most of his teeth, and he is now about to lose both his eyes. There are no medical facilities that can treat my Dad in the displaced camp or anywhere in South Sudan; while treatments of all kinds are better in the nearby country of Uganda, the cost is very high and sometimes, the treatment is not successful due to limited resources, and or lack of proper diagnosis and better medicines for treatments.
My goal for this fundraising is to bring my Dad to the United States of America, where he will get proper treatment for his eyes, as well as medical treatment for chronic illnesses he has endured his entire life. The cost to bring him over to the U.S, and treat him will be around $15,000, given the fact that he will need to stay in the U.S. for at least 6 months to finish treatment. He will need somebody to travel with him because he doesn’t speak English and would not make it to intended destination.
Please help me rescue this great man in my life! I owe it to him that my siblings and I are alive today, and it will be a great blessing to my children to see their grandfather for the first time in their little lives. We have not been able to afford traveling to Africa because it is very expensive for our family.

My Dad was very sick few months back, but got a little better, thanks to God for His mercy, although still sick, he is no longer in critical condition as it was the case before.
