Help Chris Provide for His Family

Chris is a hardworking truck driver and devoted father of two, doing everything he can to support his family. After being on disability and struggling to make ends meet, he turned to trucking to provide a better life. His wife, a stay-at-home mom, is doing her best as well—visiting food pantries to help feed their children.

Despite financial hardships, Chris remains deeply grateful for his wife, especially as they recently celebrated their youngest son's 7th birthday—something he says wouldn't have been possible without her. He called into WIVK to request a song for her, and WIVK ended up giving him tickets to Soaky Mountain Water Park to give them a much-needed break and show appreciation for Chris’s dedication.
