Hi, my name is Shanell and I am helping my cousin, Ashley, raise money due to an unfortunate accident. Unfortunately this is not the first time tragedy has struck this family. She lost two of her children a few years ago due to an accident and lost her mom to COVID-19 last year. Most recently her partner, Jay, was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident in Mifflinburg, PA near their home. He severed part of his spinal cord and is now a quadriplegic. He is still in the hospital, but will spend months in a rehab trying to help him regain mobility. She will need to build multiple ramps in and out of the house, will need a lift for their stairs, and will also need to make their downstairs bathroom bigger for him to be able to fit with a wheelchair. They have also now gone to one income and still have 4 children at home. Any money raised will go towards helping with the adjustments to the house, bills, gas money to visit him, and anything else they may need that is unforseen at this point.
