Hi all! I have included you all in a group chat because you know Brandon Byrd in someway, form or fashion and understand his importance to the strength and conditioning community and all that he has contributed to it. For those of you who do not know, Brandon was unlawfully evicted from his current gym location and thrown out onto the street by his landlord. Along the way, he has encountered immeasurable setbacks and difficulty acquiring his next space, ultimately resulting in a build out that will cost tens of thousands of dollars, taking no less than 8 to 12 weeks to complete, four months rent paid up front, and a 3x increase over his current rent.

What I am proposing is that we all join together to contribute whatever amount is on each of our individual hearts towards Byrd’s current situation, to help alleviate his current circumstances in any way.

If you are willing and able to contribute any monetary provision towards helping Brandon, please respond accordingly in this message thread. I will likely create a GoFundMe to pull together all funds collected in an organized way.

Every little bit counts in cases like this. Personally, Brandon has given me more of his time and knowledge completely free of charge - without any expectation of being paid back or reward, just as I know he has many of you. And while I cannot shut down my own gym to fly across the country and help him move, this is simply another way that we can lend a helping hand.

It does not matter if the contribution is five dollars or $500, I know Brandon will appreciate every cent.
