BYMT Summer Production
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Eloise, I’m 17 and in February of this year, I along with many other young people across the globe auditioned for the British Youth Musical Theatre (BYMT), I was successful and in August of this year I will be heading to Yorkshire for a 2 week course, run by Musical Theatre professionals, culminating in 4 performances of a new musical, called Wonderland in Alice at The Bolton Octagon Theatre.
This is a huge opportunity for me, to experience professional tuition in a field that I am passionate about and see my career in.
This opportunity comes at a significant cost and over the coming months, I will be fundraising in different ways including a quiz and a concert, but a Go Fund Me is a further way to boost my chances of raising the funds to allow me to go.
If I successfully raise the £1975 needed for the BYMT course, any extra funds raised will be donated evenly between Mortal fools and the Alnwick Stage Musical Society
Mortal Fools - www.mortalfools.org.uk - is a fantastic charity, that brings theatre to those young people unable to access it in their own communities. I am lucky enough to both perform and work for Mortal Fools and have seen first hand the support they provide to young people in Northumberland and would love to be able to give back to them.
Alnwick Stage Musical Society is the premier amateur musical society in Alnwick. They perform a musical each year and have been incredibly supportive of my fundraising, Their performances of Made in Dagenham earlier this year which was incredibly well received in the local community, with sell out audiences each night.
Thanks for reading and donating!
