Hello,  James is my 1st cousin and he was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma . He had been in and out of Albany Medical in New York and after 4 rounds of chemo they figured out it wasn't working and in fact his cancer was growing ! They had 2 options ...1. Go to New York city and try a trial drug that may or may not work. 2. Or go to Mexico for treatment .  After sending his medical records to the doctor in Mexico he thought he could help him so they decided to take him there.   His blood cell counts were at 0 making it very risky to travel but the doctor said there was no time to waste , so after giving him antibiotics they flew to Mexico ! He went thru 1 treatment there and things were looking a little better , but this past Sunday, things turned worse . He had congestive heart failure and has pneumonia in both lungs , and is now in ICU on a breathing machine ! His parents have been there with him for several weeks now and his 4 siblings are flying down tomorrow.  Between travel expenses/time off work / medical bills,  etc. The Byler family would be extremely grateful for any amount of money that you would be able to share with them to help in this difficult time!!  May God bless you all for sharing in love !!
