A friend in need is a friend indeed. Michael McGrath is one of the true gents in life and a great character, he needs to raise €150,000 for specialised cancer treatment abroad as the chemo here in Ireland (for his stage 4 bowel cancer) is stopping the spread but not breaking it down.
