Hi Everyone! My name is Briana and I am a single mom with 2 amazing kids. As of February 2, 2024 I have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. This has become a huge life change for me and my family. I spent almost 3 months in the hospital undergoing 3 intense chemotherapy sessions and outpatient chemo in May. I was able to spend some time home with my kids for the summer to get ready for bone marrow transplant that is scheduled July 18th, 2024. Being in this unwanted situation I am unable to work and struggling to make ends meet.

Before all this started I was working as horse trainer/ caretaker and studying to become an equine veterinarian. I worked full time 3 different places and studied 3 classes a semester all while being a single mom. Most people know me as the strongest hard working mom they know. My kids need me to stay strong now more then ever.

2 weeks before I was diagnosed I moved from a 2 bedroom apt to a 4 bedroom home for my family to start off the new year. But unfortunately I can not work until i fight this battle.
