Zara's medical care

Donation protected
Hello.  I am Zara's owner and I am reaching out to ask for help with the costs associated with her medical bills and care post car hit.  Here is her story:

Zara is a 3 year old chocolate lab.  In the early morning hours of 11/5/15 I put Zara outside with her bonded mate Noah (Emzara  aka Zara means Noah's wife)like I do each morning.  Electric collars on and blinking light-up additional collars as it is dark this time of the morning.  Aproximately 5 minutes later I heard a bone chiling scream and my heart immediately told me something was wrong with one of my babies (I call them my babies because they are like my children).  I went to the door and found Noah on the porch with his tail beween his legs and shaking.  No Zara in sight.  I called and looked for three hours and found nothing.  I contacted the local Animal Control Officer who also spent a few hours looking for her with no results.  Zara is a kind, loving soul who barely makes a sound so expecting her to cry out if she was still alive was going to be a miracle.  I was heartsick and spent most of that day and well into the evening looking for her along with some very kind friends.  Nothing.   Someone had struck my dog with a vehicle and driven off without stopping.
The following morning we took to the woods again once more and by the grace of GOD she was found.  In shock but sitting up.  It was a mild night so she was warm.  Her left leg stuck out to the side in an odd way so I knew she had a problem...broken leg perhaps??  This brave girl let me touch her but made no sound at all.
A NHSP trooper happened to be on the road we live on that morning and selflessly helped carry her out on a creeper he had in his vehicle.  It took three men to carry her out of the woods about 150 yards.  I immediately took her to an emergency vet clinic where I later learned she had a broken left side pelvis in 4 places.  More serious than that was that the blunt force trauma she had taken from the hit had destroyed a large part of her liver and badly bruised her heart.  The bruising to her heart was causing arrhythmia so due to the internal injuries to those organs surgery was out of the question at this time.  She was in bad shape and needed immediate attention so was admitted into a 24 hour clinic where she was given fluids, pain meds, and around the clock care to make sure she didn't go into cardiac arrest.  She stayed there 3 days.
I have a long and tiring road ahead helping Zara to get better.  There are costs associated with this care that I cannot meet financially and I would appreciate any help I can get in making those financial committments to get her well.  Some examples are medical doggie daycare (as she needs around the clock supervision since she cannot walk at this time), blood work checks every 5 days to monitor her liver, EKG's weeky to monitor her arrhythmia, a sling to help her go out to the bathroom, supplements for her liver, medication for her bruised heart once the liver is healed, laser treatment for the broken pelvis and rehabilitation to help her use that left side again once she is stable and her pelvis is strong enough to carry her weight.
So you see I have a lot on my plate and still need to work so I can keep paying our rent to keep a roof over our heads.  My animals are my life and I will do whatever I have to to make her better.  I don't like asking people for anything but I have come to the realization that I cannot do this alone.  Please if you only have $10.00 to spare .....anything will help at this point.  Zara is young and has a full life ahead of her.  Will you help me get her there?  Thank you.
