As most of you may know, our beloved Victor’s life was taken from him on Sunday, June 20th, at the Rooftop Bar in Stockton. This tragedy occurred just two weeks after his Uncle, who was a father figure to him, lost his battle to COVID-19. Victor was not one to frequent bars; in fact, it was his first time at this location in hopes to take his mind off of his late Uncle on his first Father’s Day without him.

Victor was a kind and gentle soul with a beautiful smile and an even more beautiful heart. The senseless act not only affected the people that knew him, but members of the Stockton community as well.

The funds from this campaign will go towards reducing financial strain on Victor’s family from having two people pass in such a short span of time.
