UPDATE-- I know that Jim has posted an update for cancer awareness day. I wanted to post an update that really hangs heavy. Unfortunately Jim's cancer has returned and he's reentering treatment. In one of life's many twists, Sherry collapsed at work. They discovered cancerous tumors on the left side of her brain. They are part of the glio family but we're still waiting on more tests to be run. Cancer is brutal. I couldn't imagine going through anything like this let alone having to watch your partner go through it. Dealing with both just seems unfair. As always anything we can do to help would be appreciated. Share this far and wide everyone you know all of your friends all of their acquaintances. Financial burden doesn't need to be something anyone should worry about while focusing on there Health and Family. Thank you and feel free to reach out. Best wishes and prayers for everybody
Medical bills suck. Without getting too personal, I wanted to help my friend and neighbor, Jim Iliff. He is one of those rare individuals who just manages to brighten the day of anyone he talks to. The Iliff family have been my neighbors for more than a decade. I've gotten to watch the boys grow into teens and then good young men. My children have grown up with Jim and know him as the neighbor who always waves and smiles. Jim always has time for his neighbors, whether that's playing with the kids, as well as the dogs, throwing ball in the street, and playing football at the local school. He always treats everybody like family. So it would be cool if everyone could treat him like family and help the Iliffs overcome some of the financial burdens that come with intense medical care and treatment.
