With a very sad and heavy heart...

On December 24th, 2022 at 3:35 p.m. while Chris was getting ready to administer Leslie's next dose of medication, she passed away. Chris and Leslie shared a moment before she peacefully and painlessly went to eternal sleep.

Leslie is finally pain-free and, hopefully, if the afterlife is a thing, she was greeted by her original babies Kasper, Kricket, Fizzgig and Buddy.

FROM CHRIS December 27, 2022:

I just want to say thank you to everyone for all your messages and comments over the weekend.

It meant a lot to me. This whole thing has been very difficult and the speed at which it happened was something I was not prepared for.

I wish I could say more, but I’ve hit a place where I don’t know what else to say about everything.

All I can say is thank you. Thank you for everything.

We haven’t begun to discuss a possible memorial gathering, but if we can pull that together I will let everyone know the time, date and location.

As soon as I can figure out what to say and/or what the video will look like I will post a proper tribute to Leslie.
