My name is Erica, and I'm at an exciting turning point in my educational journey. I am currently wrapping up my degree in Earth and Planetary Science, but there's one final, vital step I need to complete before I can graduate: attending field camp.

Field camp is more than just a class; its an immersive experience where I'll apply everything I've learned in the classroom to real-world research. I'll be mapping geologic formations, studying planetary processes, and gaining hands-on experience that will be invaluable to my future career as a geologist.
