This post is written on behalf of Asaad Al-Ashi, the son of my friend who passed away while displaced in the Al-Zawaida area, south of Gaza.

Dear Friends,

My name is Asaad Al-Ashi, and I am writing to you from my place of displacement in the southern Gaza Strip. My family and I were forced to flee from Gaza to Rafah, and now we are in the Al-Zawaida area after Rafah was completely evacuated.

I have struggled tirelessly to provide treatment for my sick mother, but tragically, she passed away due to a lack of medical care and food. I am now reaching out for help for my family after losing our home and my job.

I have no source of income except through this link. Please help my family of seven secure the basic necessities of food and medical care. I have a newborn baby who requires special care. Hand in hand, we can save my family—I cannot bear to lose another member of my family.

Any small contribution will make a significant impact on my family's life, enabling us to leave Gaza and save our lives.
