Raising money for a mobility scooter

I've never done anything like this before but I feel it needs to be done. I've been to see Sean, and Sean is not good at all. Some of you may be aware and some may not. Sean was working away in Ireland as a scaffoler. Sean was attacked by 2 men and was left in a wheelchair and paralysed for life. Sean has been in and out of hospital and his care is on going. But the system has failed him badly. When he's not in the care of the hospital he's housed in a tiny room in the salvation army. And he's classed as homeless......it's a terrible situation for him to be in. His mental health has gone downhill really bad. He's got limited movement in his arms so getting himself around in a wheelchair is really hard for him as you can imagine. Sean is a stubborn character and would never reach out for people to help him. But for me personally today after visiting him something needs to be done. He's been completely failed by the system and doesn't deserve to be housed in the salvation army with drug addicts as neighbours.......Sean is one of the boys! So iam asking please donate whatever you can so we can give him some sort of freedom. Even if it's just a fiver it all adds up......come on people do the right thing. Sean is a massive town fan. And hopefully one day by the help of you all he can eventually be able to go watch the footy with his new wheels and his new found freedom......it really is a tragedy whats happened to him. So like the old saying goes we need to look after our own first before we look after others. And Sean is one of our own....... please donate X
