MacKenzie Babst is a 26 year old drug free hard working wonderful Mother to a beautiful baby Boy, Cohen. Mackenzie woke up on Monday the 11th with a tingle in her left leg and was feeling tired and weak. Jered, Mackenzies Boyfriend took her to the walk in clinic around 9:15am.  Mackenzie was having minor syptoms at this point and was walking faster than Jered and opened her own door. The Doctors instantly put Mackenzie in a ambulance and rushed her to the ER at Central Washington Hospital.
Right away Doctors gave her a cat scan , x-rays, and MRI.
The Doctors first thought was that Mackenzie had suffered a stroke but at 4:30 pm the neurologist showed her and Jered a  picture of  three lesions on the right side of her brain.  At this point the Doctors now think Mackenzie is suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Mackenzie has little strength, can hardly walk or move her arm. The Doctors immediately began administering Mackenzie's 1st gram of steroids out of a series of three.
Tuesday the 12th, at  6:30 am she wakes up completely unable to walk or lift her arm and now the left side of her face has began to go numb. Tuesday she gets her second gram of steroids, more blood tests, and another MRI of her neck and back.
Wed the 13th, She wakes and now her face and tongue on the left side are  slow responding and she is starting to slur her speech. On Wednesday 1/13 Mackenzie was given her third dose of steroids with no improvement. During this time Mackenzie will be out of work and Jered, will be looking after their 11 month old Baby, Cohen and also be out of work until Mackenzies condition improves.
