Jacob Sawyer is a 14 year old, BMLSS student in Bracebridge,  Ontario.  He is currently in Sick Kids Hospital receiving treatment for Leukemia. His mother Karen is leaning on her family for support, but as part of a small community, we should all come together and assist in making this  journey as stress free as possible.
