In 1980 Mike was born in Anchorage, Alaska. His family moved shortly after his

birth to Portland, Oregon where he spent his childhood and teen years. At the age of 20 he made a bold and independent move away from family and friends to Omaha, Nebraska. He continues to call this midwest gem home.

Mike has made most of his living through the food service industry and has been a friendly, familiar face to many. For the past 3 years, Mike has been a trusted leader for TJN Enterprises. At TJN he has built long-lasting friendships with his coworkers who look up to him. Mike is a proud, loving father of two children, Haley and Isaiah. Haley is a hardworking 22 year old and Isaiah a 15 year old sophomore, whom following in his sisters footsteps, working hard towards a goal like every 15 year old, to buy a car.

In November, Mike sought medical treatment for some abdominal pain he was

having. What was thought as a routine procedure for an abscess, turned into a life

changing moment for Mike. Sadly, a mass was discovered. Through continued testing

Mike was officially diagnosed on November 14, 2025 with Metastatic Prostate cancer.

Regrettably, scans have determined the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes and

bone. With the devastating news of his diagnosis, Mike has had earth shattering

changes, inability to work, bills, and medical expenses. The holidays looked very

different for Mike and his children this year as he has undergone immediate treatment.

Our goal for our admired friend and loving father, is to help ease the financial burden

and hardship, so Mike can continue his battle. We set the goal of 10,000 dollars. Every donation, big or small, will go towards making his days a little easier as he faces

treatment and fights cancer.
