Help Natalie Walk Again

Natalie Foster(Pellegrino) was in a severe car accident when driving home from work after her night shift as an ICU nurse. A head-on collision required her to be airlifted to a nearby hospital where it was determined that she had broken her neck, back, 10 ribs, sustained compound knee injuries, a broken finger, and significant damage to several internal organs. After several days on a ventilator, Natalie pulled through and began breathing on her own. She has undergone several surgeries and is still in the trauma center at Johnson City Medical Center in Tennessee.

To know Natalie is to love her; she has a contagious laugh and a love for life. She has dedicated herself to helping others as a nurse, and has always been a giving and supportive person to people and animals alike. She recently married the love of her life, Austin, and hopes to start a family of children to add to their family of fur-children.

Natalie is tough, and she has shown strength and perseverance throughout her life, but has a long road to recovery ahead of her. She will need intensive support to rehabilitate. Support can be shown by donating to her medical needs, praying for her, and/or sending her love.
