families of cardiac&sick children in Crumlin hosp.

Hi I will be running the Amsterdam & Dublin marathons in a space of 2 weeks this October to raise money for the parents of children in CHI - Crumlin hospital . We spent 4 months in hospital with our own Stella while we awaited a heart operation so know first hand how difficult it gets when your daily life and routine are turned upside down and how important some stability to the family is, when your priority is a very sick child.

This is why I have chosen to fundraise for RMHC. Parents spend a lot of time at RMHC (Ronald McDonald House) while their sick children are in hospital and we would like to raise funds as they are 100% funded with public donations. RMHC house 20 families each night from all over Ireland and on average they stay 23 nights away from their comforts of home and family, while the longest stay at RMHC has been a staggering 889 nights.

All donations are greatly needed but more so really appreciated – any little bit helps
