The picture of the girls is one of my favorite and reminds me of a time when life was easier....I promise they are both just fine and thriving!

I've been able to tackle most things that have come my way in the last 8 years of being a widow and single income earner in my home. This week it's a little different and I now need to ask for help from my community and friends....

My aging car is in need of a new head gasket --which requires lengthy labor and costly parts. I also still owe on the loan for the vehicle. I have tried to trade it in and acquire something else that will be reliable transportation but that was a dead end. I need to fix it so that I can continue to drive it and pay it off. Driving it is most important as I don't have second vehicle available for long term.

This is a huge ask for me, I'm swallowing my pride and throwing this out into the universe for help.

If I am fortunate enough to receive more donations than needed I am going to work to start a part time non profit which helps people who are widowed and sudden single parents. Ive had many ups and downs over the last eight years and always have been able to come out on top...I know I will this time as well---just with help.
