Support for Truck Driver's Medical Recovery

I've never ask for anything in my life , work 12 to 14 hrs a day driving a truck but about 6 months ago I started feeling short on breathing around May 1st I went to the hospital and was admitted . I was put under with a tube coming out my throat . For 19 days I was in a coma , when I woke up I was told I had pneumonia and copd . I m still in the hospital ,I've used all my 401k and my wife is at home worried about how we are gonna pay our bills she is disabled and can't work our kids are helping the best they can. God has always taken care of us but I'm asking for a little help. God bless
