My mother, family and I took it upon ourselves to try and save this beautiful little puppy named Koba after we discovered that some neighbors had neglected it as it got progressively sicker and they were incapable of taking it to the vet or paying any of the vet bills. We jumped into action and after battling for days in the emergency animal hospital my family and the vets did all we could but the damage of the neglect and progression of the disease claimed his life. The neighbors who owned the dog have no money and 4 kids, they have made it clear they have no intention in paying back any of the money or the kindness my family had offered. The saddest part is that if koba the puppy had its basic vaccinations or had been taken in for treatment sooner this fate could have easily been prevented. Please help us we spent our heart and money on a cause that was not ours to undertake and are now left with the responsibility of paying back what we couldn't afford to begin with.
