Help Dave Fix Car for Wife's Heart Care

Hi, I’m Dave in Lake Charles Louisiana. I’m trying to replace the engine in my vehicle. I have enough for a used engine but I’m trying to pay for the mechanic's labor costs. My wife has developed several health issues with her heart and has several tests scheduled.This is our only vehicle, and I don’t want her to miss getting the treatment she needs.
