Services For Jerry Mobley

For anyone who knew my dad, you knew he was one tough guy. He was a lover, but a fighter and protector when he needed to be. He was kind, loving, helpful, protective, thoughtful, caring, strong. He would go out of his way to help anyone and everyone who crossed his path. He was a lover of BMX , bikes of any kind honestly..the faster the better. He was a father, a husband, a grandfather (but if you call him that instead of papa he would most definitely correct you) a mentor, an educator. As I write this and try to keep my composure, which I'm greatly failing at, I rememebr that he is what a father and husband was always mean to be. I'm extremely sad to say that as of Thursday August 27th, My father...a stand in father to my own two boys... has passed away. His heart had taken to many beatings and it couldn't take another. My family is not the kind to ask for handouts, but the kind my father raised to stand up and earn your own. However in light of his repeated sickness he wasn't able to have any backup. As hard as this is my family and myself are asking that anyone who knew him could help in any way, wether it be from the kindness of your heart or to help raise money for services so that he can be laid to rest. I don't know what else to say....I thank anyone and everyone in advance. Thank you for expressing your love and condolences at this time.
