Rehabilitation and Support for Buzz's Recovery

Hi, my name is Alex Taylor. I've started this fundraiser to help my father who was recently in a motor accident. On 12/16, he was riding his Enduro (street bike) to a horseshoe tournament. While traveling on 6N in Springfield, PA a car pulled off the I90 exit ramp and failed to see him coming. The car proceeded to pull out, leaving my father no time to react. The two vehicles collided causing my father to smash his pelvis into the handlebars of his bike. Unable to move, he was taken to the hospital via ambulance. Once they found the depth of his injuries, he was life-flighted to the UPMC hospital where he's been staying & awaiting multiple surgeries over the last 7 days. He was diagnosed with an open book pelvic fracture which was repaired earlier this week and he is currently waiting for his next surgery to re-stabilize the sacrum. My father has always been a very hardworking, goofy guy just trying to have a good time. For obvious reasons he won't be working anytime soon and at some point he'll be on disability but it's uncertain how much that will cover for him. The purpose of creating this fundraiser is to help him with any extra aid/assistance he'll need during his rehabilitation over the next 6-12 months. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!
