My friend James was diagnosed with leukaemia at age 3; at a young age, James spent many months getting chemo-therapy treatment. James was constantly in and out of the hospital. After experiencing this hardship, he decided he wanted to make it better for other children who have cancer. So James got together with a couple of other mates and me; we all listened to his concerns and decided to start a fundraiser. Childhood cancer was the first charity that came to mind when thinking of James' concerns. So to raise money for James’ concerns a couple of his mates, and I have decided to shave our heads and get buzzcuts. We greatly appreciate everyone willing to donate; we are grateful for any and all donations. The funds will go to the Childhood Cancer Foundation; they will then be used to help children and families cope with the struggles of childhood cancer.
