We have been renting our church for 11 years and our landlord recently told us he would sell us the property for this very reasonable amount of 30000. We hope also to install a heat pump as we struggle in the winter to keep it warm so our goal is 35k. Our church is mostly elderly and disabled including my uncle Ted who has cerebral palsy. We really would love to have a perm home here for our church and avoid any more years of wasted rent. Please help us.
