Hi, my name is Grace and for five years I worked in Uganda, helping to develop fantastic midwives.
Whilst working in Uganda, I encountered countless families struggling every day to access basic healthcare. Many people walk for miles to reach a clinic, only to find there are no medicines or doctors available. Mothers give birth without proper medical support, children suffer from preventable diseases, and the elderly go untreated because help is too far away.
One of my former students, Harriet Nayiga is helping to chnage this.. She has set up a community health clinic called MILCOT that provides essential medical care, maternal services, vaccinations, and health education to hundreds of families who currently have nowhere else to turn. I am actively supporting this clinic which is demonstarting some amazing outcomes in terms of reducing mortality and effectively treating life threatening infections and diseases
Your support will help us:
Purchase medical supplies and essential medicines
Fund equipment such as diagnostic tools, blood pressure monitors, and delivery kits
Support staff training for local nurses and health workers
Improve our facility and outreach programs to reach rural villages
Every contribution — no matter the amount — helps save lives.
With your donation, you’re not just giving money — you’re giving hope, dignity, and a chance at a healthier future.
We believe that healthcare is a human right. Together, we can make that a reality in our community.
Please donate today, share our story, and stand with us to bring healing and hope to Uganda.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
