Buy a Medical Worker / First Responder a Meal

Tax deductible
Want to join us in making a difference during the COVID19 Pandemic?  Want to support local restaurants and Medical Workers?  Want to also help an underprivileged child go to summer camp?  Read on.

We are excited to work with you to support our local community and are looking to feed and support Medical Workers and First Responders in the Austin / Travis County area battle the COVID19 pandemic.  We are raising money to buy them food, and 90% of your GoFundMe donation will go directly to local restaurants to make and supply food for medical staff.  10% of your GoFundMe donation will support our YMBL mandate of providing funding for the Austin Sunshine Camps, which sends underprivileged youth to Summer Camp.  Some suggested donations below:

1. For $15 you will be able to feed 2 medical workers.  $13.50 goes to the weekly featured restaurant, and $1.50 goes to Austin Sunshine Camps.

2. For $150 you can feed 20 medical workers, with $135 going to the weekly featured restaurant, and $15 going to Austin Sunshine Camps.

3. An unspecified amount, based on your comfort level.

Ninety Two years ago, YMBL established Austin Sunshine Camps (ASC) to positively impact the Austin community and provide leadership and support programs for local youth.  YMBL established ASC at this time to help kids combat the Tuberculosis outbreak through sun, warmth, and the outdoors.  From inception through today YMBL has been there for the Austin community to help combat pandemics and tough circumstances faced by all.  We welcome the opportunity to help you combat today's challenges as well.
