Buy a Innowalk rehabilitation unit training unit

Hi, I am Tommy and I am fundraising for the best little boy in the world, my son Hugo that has not had an easy start to his life.

He is a ray of sunshine even with all the pain and struggles he has.

Everyone that comes to know him will tell you this. I do be in awh of his courage.

He has cerebral palsy spastic diplegia. He has had multiple procedures and muscle corrections. Up until last October he was in constant pain and couldn’t even sleep for more than 2 or 3 hours.

it was soul destroying for us all to not be able to help him and nothing would comfort him.

He needs both his hips operated on as the are popping out of socket due to the damage pre corrective surgery .

Surgery that was life changing from Hugo and all of us. Allowing him use of his hands and released his arms. Being able to push his wheelchair around the room for the first time in his life.

Biggest change was him starting to talk again, after 2 years of a few words here and there due to the horrific pains and tightness. After it eased he is full of chat and has a fantastic funny humour.

We can't begin to thank his surgeon and her team enough for how they have changed all our lives. We will be eternally grateful. Unfortunately that was not the end of his surgeries and he will need lots more as he grows and develops into what we hope will be an independent happy man.

He can’t go for his hip operations until he gets movement with load bearing on his hips.

We want to buy a Innowalk machine for him to build up his strength and movement.

He has trialed the equipment and his physio and the technician whom set it up for his size said it was having an amazing effect on him.

He loved using it and it’s after giving him a sense of being able to do something after being so restricted all his life. It feeling like super hero powers to him.

We would love for these machines to be available by the health system but they is only one and that's was donated by a very generous family whom has out grown it after self funding it.

We can only get use of it for 30 min a week for a hand full of times a year.

This early intervention and strength building will set out what his whole life has in store for him.
