Fishin' for a miracle!

Hi folks! My name is Greg Kerber,67, and currently residing in Norteast Portland, Oregon. I lived in the St. John's neighborhood since 2001, the last 15 years with my sweetheart Sherry. I was a career bartender (35 years total) working for 17 years in St. John's between Dad's and the Wishing Well. I ended up retiring in 2019 due to the heart failure diagnosis I was given in the fall

of 2015, my ongoing battle with COPD, and a very bad back (which has slowly improved) but still is going to require spinal fusion surgery in the future. When we were no cause evicted from our dwelling,(right over Christmas and New Years I must add) we were forced to move to a place that is way more expensive and a lot further away from my girl's work. Due to our rent almost doubling and all the crazy expensive utilities I never had to pay before and having to spend $20.00 dollars a day in gas is hard when previously we lived 3 blocks from work! All told it has been a not so gradual spiral into poverty and all the bills, the rent, all the insurances, are getting behind. My only income is my social security which barely covers rent! The situation is getting worse rapidly and I need your help to turn it around. PLEASE!!!! Where are you longshoreman that I used to serve? Where are all you ol' bartenders that like to look out for one another? Where are all my "friends"? Please everybody, I need your help now. Thank You, Greg
