Armando was accused of neglecting his dogs by a hateful neighbor who made a false complaint to the Animal Control, they took his dogs and issued a ticket to appear. when Armando appeared he was fined 3,000 which he did not have so Armando was confined until he can pay or Armando has to serve 6 months. Armando has 4 children that he cares for. Armando has a very good job that he is in jeopardy of loosing, please find it in your heart to help to get him back to his children
