Lindsey is 14 years old from Oakville, CT born on July 30, 2002 with two loving parents, Jerry & Susie Zambiella and 4 sisters.

On February 16, 2016 Lindsay lost her mom and gained an angel as Susie had a heart attack at 53 getting into her car leaving work. Now she needs us to support and recognize her special needs as a Down Syndrome young woman from a loving family that has recently absorbed a huge void in care due to the loss of her loving and very attentive mother, Susie.
With education and healthcare needs most obviously being a concern for Lindsey's promising future, she needs our help to make sure she receives the needed extra care and education to make sure the loving mission Susie started is brought to fruition.
Further, Lindsey has a series of special health needs including a heart condition, atrial septal defect (ASD) which is commonly known as a "hole in your heart." Medical needs are very much a reality for Lindsey.
Average special needs educational programs are $22,000 per year, medical costs are rising and healthcare programs are shrinking. In honor of Lindsey's loving mother, Susie Zambiella, a trust fund has been started for Lindsay to help offset some of her overwhelming costs for a bright future. We ask that no matter how small the donation, that you could share the sentiment of a positive thought and prayer for Lindsey while helping to assure her future is as great as possible.
